We want to keep the essence of the ancient monastery which now is our hotel. In any case we would like to continue with the charming old oil mill, the current restaurant. For a good start of the day you can enjoy your breakfast inside or on the terrace. For lunch or supper you can choose between á la cart snacksor our exquiste selection of a la carte dinners.
You can start the day with a perfectly brewed coffee or if you prefer you can start a tea or a fresh made fruit juce. Others prefer tea or a glass of fruit juice. Some people like to take a sweet breakfast, others a savoury, a warm breakfast or only fruits. And for covering all tastes, we offer our clients between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m. a large breakfast buffet.
Whether you want to spend an active day outside in the Tramuntana, or if you prefer to relax in the hotel, there is nothing better than a little break at noon with a light and fresh dish. In our menu card you will find a selection of snacks and appetizers always prepared with fresh and seasonal ingredients.
Every evening between 7:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. you can enjoy a selection of delicious dishes combining the leatest cooking with the typical products of the the Balearic Islands. As well inside the restaurant, which is the old reformed oil mil of the monastery as well as outside of the terrace, our international gastronomy and local cuisine will surprise you.
