The restaurant of L'Hermitage has the privilege of being located inside one of the most beautiful oil mills of Mallorca.

Where years ago the oil used to be pressed, guests can now sit back and be wined and dined with our exquisite dishes and international cuisine.

If you wish to enjoy the fresh air and the countryside you may also have your meal on the patio which overlooks spectacular stone arches and the tower which in bygone days was used as a water tank.

L'Hermitage has 20 bedrooms and offers an excellent service as a 4 star hotel demands. Many of the rooms are decorated in mallorcan style, some of them with fireplaces, antique furniture, terraces, air condition, direct access to the garden and spectacular views of the Alfabia mountain range.
